Resize any image to exact pixel dimensions
Start with the destination, not the original file size. A 4000-pixel photo is usually unnecessary for a 1080-pixel social post. Set a width and height, then choose whether to preserve the full photograph or crop its edges.
Get a better result
For a proportional resize, enable the aspect-ratio lock before editing a dimension. For an exact canvas, unlock it and use Fit or Fill. Fit keeps the whole image with padding; Fill removes the overflow without stretching people or objects.

- Review the preset. Use Fit to retain the whole image or Fill to crop the edges.
