Find the frame that fits
A good crop gives your subject room and removes distracting edges. Choose a canvas, select Fill / crop, and move the horizontal and vertical focus sliders to keep the important part in view.
Get a better result
Crop from the highest-resolution source available. A narrow portrait placed into a wide landscape frame loses a large amount of the top and bottom. Fit is a better choice when the complete scene must remain visible.

- Review the preset. Use Fit to retain the whole image or Fill to crop the edges.
